Ingredients
  

Egg Mixture
  • 6 large large eggs Use room temperature for fluffiness.
  • 1 cup milk Any type of milk works.
Fillings
  • 1 cup diced ham Can substitute with chicken or turkey.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or any cheese of your choice.
  • 1 cup chopped spinach Can replace with other vegetables.
Seasoning
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Optional
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder Optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in the diced ham, shredded cheese, and any additional vegetables.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste.
Baking
  1. Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch pie dish or baking dish.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the quiche is set in the middle and lightly golden on top.
  3. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

This quiche keeps well in the fridge for about 3-4 days or can be frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in the microwave or oven before serving.
