Ingredients
  

Egg Mixture
  • 6 pieces hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Coating
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Panko breadcrumbs can be used for extra crunch.
  • as needed Oil for frying Ensure oil is at the right temperature to avoid burning.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  2. In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  3. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  4. Dip each filled egg into breadcrumbs to coat.
Cooking
  1. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Fry the coated eggs until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
Serving
  1. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Fried Deviled Eggs can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best results. Consider adding bacon bits or avocado for variations!
