Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 2 cups Granola You can use store-bought or homemade granola.
For the yogurt filling
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt Any flavor you love.
  • 1-2 tablespoons Honey Adjust to taste.
For the topping
  • 1 cup Mixed berries Fresh or frozen; includes blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries.

Preparation
  1. Grease your muffin tin lightly.
  2. Press granola into the bottom and up the sides of each muffin cup to create a crust.
  3. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey, mixing well for a smooth texture.
  4. Spoon the yogurt mixture into each granola cup, filling them generously.
  5. Add a handful of mixed berries right on top of the yogurt.
  6. Pop the muffin tin into the freezer for about 2-3 hours, until the cups are solid.
Serving
  1. Once frozen, carefully remove them from the tin and enjoy frozen.

Notes

These cups keep well in the freezer for up to a month. Wrap them individually in plastic wrap or store in an airtight container. Feel free to customize with your favorite nut butter instead of honey, toast granola for a crunchier texture, or add chocolate chips for extra deliciousness.
