Preparation
- Grease your muffin tin lightly.
- Press granola into the bottom and up the sides of each muffin cup to create a crust.
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey, mixing well for a smooth texture.
- Spoon the yogurt mixture into each granola cup, filling them generously.
- Add a handful of mixed berries right on top of the yogurt.
- Pop the muffin tin into the freezer for about 2-3 hours, until the cups are solid.
Serving
- Once frozen, carefully remove them from the tin and enjoy frozen.
Notes
These cups keep well in the freezer for up to a month. Wrap them individually in plastic wrap or store in an airtight container. Feel free to customize with your favorite nut butter instead of honey, toast granola for a crunchier texture, or add chocolate chips for extra deliciousness.
