Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas. Add in the sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla, mixing well.
- Slowly stir in the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Baking
- Pour the mixture into your prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean (or fudgy for that gooey texture!).
- Let cool, cut into squares, and enjoy those fudgy bites!
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or sprinkle with powdered sugar. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days or freeze for up to three months.
