Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Baking
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the garlic butter mixture over them.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the salmon and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Serving
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with your favorite vegetables or over rice.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight when ready to enjoy. Optionally, add lemon zest or splash of white wine to the garlic butter for extra flavor.
