Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut them into wedges.

- Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Cooking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
Notes
