Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour Make sure it's a good quality blend.
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp instant yeast
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup warm milk (dairy or non-dairy) Make sure it's warm, not hot.
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • sesame seeds (optional, for topping) Sprinkle on top before baking.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, almond flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the warm milk, melted butter, and eggs.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Cover the bowl with a clean towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
Baking
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into buns.
  3. Place the buns on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Let the buns cool before using them for burgers.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
