Ingredients
  

Crust Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.5 cups powdered sugar
Filling Ingredients
  • 2 cups heavy cream Whipped until stiff peaks form
  • 1 cups sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.5 cups green crème de menthe
  • 0.5 cups chocolate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Prepare the Crust
  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and powdered sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish to form the crust. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
Make the Filling
  1. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk, crème de menthe, chocolate syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Assemble the Pie
  1. Pour the mint chocolate mousse filling into the prepared graham cracker crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
Chill
  1. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.

  1. Serve chilled and enjoy the vibrant flavors of your Grasshopper Pie!

Notes

For presentation, drizzle chocolate syrup on top and sprinkle with crushed chocolate cookies or thin mint cookies. Grasshopper Pie can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week or frozen for one month.
