Ingredients
  

Bagel Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Can substitute with sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey Optional for sweetness
  • 1 large egg For egg wash
Toppings
  • sesame seeds or everything seasoning Choose your favorite

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, salt, and honey. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until smooth and glossy.
  4. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each piece into a bagel shape.
  5. Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Beat the egg and brush it over the bagels for a golden finish.
  7. Sprinkle your choice of toppings on top for added flavor.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store bagels in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Freeze in a freezer bag for up to 3 months. Reheat in toaster when ready to enjoy.
