Method
 

Blending
  1. In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, milk, banana, mixed berries, honey, and protein powder.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until the shake reaches your desired consistency.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Notes

You can add spinach for extra nutrients. For a vegan option, substitute Greek yogurt with plant-based yogurt. This shake is versatile; try different fruits or flavor twists!
