- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the green goodness into a bowl.
- Add lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mash until it’s creamy, but still has a few chunks for texture.
- Gently fold in the cherry tomatoes and red onion.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve immediately with your favorite healthy chips or veggie sticks.
Notes
If you have any leftovers, keep them in the fridge for up to 2 days. Cover tightly to prevent browning.
