Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 pieces ripe avocados Pick avocados that yield slightly to pressure for perfect creaminess.
  • 1 piece lime (juiced) Helps brighten flavors and prevents browning.
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper
Mix-Ins
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved Add just before serving for freshness.
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • to taste Fresh cilantro for garnish Optional for serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the green goodness into a bowl.
  2. Add lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mash until it’s creamy, but still has a few chunks for texture.
  4. Gently fold in the cherry tomatoes and red onion.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite healthy chips or veggie sticks.

Notes

If you have any leftovers, keep them in the fridge for up to 2 days. Cover tightly to prevent browning.
