Preparation
  1. Peel your hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half.
  2. Crumble the crispy bacon into small pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix the diced tomato, mayonnaise, and crumbled bacon. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Scoop the mixture into each egg half and top with a small leaf of lettuce.
  5. Stick a toothpick through each one to keep it together and serve.
