Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, brown sugar, and garlic powder.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the ham and cheese on the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Place the top halves of the rolls back on.
- Brush the butter mixture evenly over the top of the rolls.
Baking
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
These sliders can be stored in the fridge for about 3 days or frozen for up to a month. To reheat, bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
