Ingredients

Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons water

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and rosemary.
  3. Add the softened butter and mix until the mixture resembles crumbs.
  4. Gradually add water, mixing until a dough forms.
Baking
  1. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness.
  2. Cut into desired shapes and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Let them cool and enjoy with dips or cheeses.

Notes

These crackers can stay fresh for up to a week in an airtight container at room temperature. They freeze well; reheat them in the oven for a freshly baked crunch. Try swapping out cheeses for different flavors or adding spices for a kick. Chill the dough before rolling for easier handling.
