  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the honey marinade over them.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  2. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

For best results, don't overcook the salmon. You can also substitute honey with maple syrup for a different flavor or add sriracha to the marinade for a spicy kick.
