Preparation
- Brew 2 shots of espresso and let them cool slightly.
- In a shaker, combine the espresso shots and brown sugar.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake well until frothy.
- Strain the espresso mixture into a glass filled with ice.
- Pour oat milk over the top.
- Stir gently and enjoy! Optionally, sprinkle with cinnamon or add a dash of vanilla extract for extra flavor.
Notes
Store in the fridge for up to a day but stir well before drinking again. Avoid freezing.
