  • 2 shots shots of espresso
  • 1-2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • Ice for shaking and serving
  • Optional: Cinnamon or vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Brew 2 shots of espresso and let them cool slightly.
  2. In a shaker, combine the espresso shots and brown sugar.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake well until frothy.
  4. Strain the espresso mixture into a glass filled with ice.
  5. Pour oat milk over the top.
  6. Stir gently and enjoy! Optionally, sprinkle with cinnamon or add a dash of vanilla extract for extra flavor.

Notes

Store in the fridge for up to a day but stir well before drinking again. Avoid freezing.
