  • 1 cup milk or plant-based milk Optional for consistency.
  • Honey or maple syrup Optional for sweetness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine rolled oats, yogurt, cardamom, and cinnamon. Mix well.
  2. If desired, add milk to reach your preferred consistency.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a jar or container and refrigerate overnight.
Serving
  1. In the morning, top with fresh fruits and nuts.
  2. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if you prefer extra sweetness. Enjoy!

Notes

These oats keep well in the fridge for about 3-5 days. You can freeze individual portions for convenience.
