  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness is recommended.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese For a dairy-free option, use nutritional yeast.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
Coating and Serving
  • 1/4 cup melted butter To dip the shrimp before coating.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each shrimp in melted butter, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Notes

These shrimp are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 5-7 minutes to restore crunch. Uncooked, coated shrimp can be frozen for up to a month.
