Preparation
- Slice the milk bread into even slices.
- Whip the cream with sugar until thick and fluffy.
- Spread a layer of whipped cream on one slice of the bread.
- Layer with sliced strawberries.
- Top with another slice of bread.
- Cut into halves or quarters and serve.
Notes
Serve with fresh mint, a dusting of powdered sugar, or alongside green tea or a fruity smoothie. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 1-2 days; do not freeze.
