  • 4 slices Milk bread Use the softest available for best texture.
  • 1 cup Whipped cream Chilled for better whipping.
  • 1 cup Strawberries Fresh and ripe, sliced.
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar Adjust based on sweetness preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the milk bread into even slices.
  2. Whip the cream with sugar until thick and fluffy.
  3. Spread a layer of whipped cream on one slice of the bread.
  4. Layer with sliced strawberries.
  5. Top with another slice of bread.
  6. Cut into halves or quarters and serve.

Notes

Serve with fresh mint, a dusting of powdered sugar, or alongside green tea or a fruity smoothie. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 1-2 days; do not freeze.
