- Slice mini sandwich rolls in half.
- Spread mayonnaise or mustard on each half.
- Layer sliced turkey or chicken on the bottom half.

- Close the sandwiches and serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until serving.
Notes
These mini sandwiches last about 3-4 days in the fridge. They can also be frozen for up to a month. Reheat by thawing in the fridge overnight and serving cold or at room temperature. For variations, try deli ham or a veggie option, and use different spreads like pesto or hummus.
