  • 4 tablespoons Butter Use unsalted butter for better control of seasoning.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Fresh garlic is recommended.
  • 1 medium Fresh lemon Juiced for maximum flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper To taste.
  • optional garnish Parsley For garnish.

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt the butter.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet.
  4. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon.
  6. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve with your favorite side dishes.

Notes

Store leftover salmon in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Can be frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat gently to maintain tenderness.
