Preparation
  1. Cook the orzo according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add cooked orzo to the skillet and stir to combine with the garlic.
  4. Pour in the lemon juice and zest, then add heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Stir well until everything is combined and creamy.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
