  • 2 pieces lobsters, cooked and claw meat removed
  • 8 ounces spaghetti or linguine
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 can (14 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the spaghetti or linguine according to package instructions, then drain.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in the crushed tomatoes and white wine, stir, and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the lobster meat, salt, and pepper, cooking until heated through.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce in the skillet until well combined.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes
