Preparation
- Cook the lobster tails in boiling water for 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Remove from water and let cool.
- Once cooled, remove the meat from the shells and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine the lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Cooking
- In a skillet, melt butter and toast the hot dog buns until golden brown.
Assembly
- Fill each bun with the lobster mixture and serve immediately.
Notes
Toast the buns for the perfect crunch. Garnish with extra chives for a pop of color. For a spicy kick, add hot sauce or Old Bay seasoning.
