Preparation
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil.
- Add the lobster and cook for about 8–10 minutes until bright red.
- Remove and cool in an ice bath.
- Once cooled, extract the meat from the lobster, discarding the shells. Chop the lobster into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine the lobster meat, lemon juice, mayonnaise, chives, parsley, and celery. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Assembly
- In a skillet, toast the hot dog buns in melted butter until golden.
- Spoon the lobster mixture generously into each bun.
Notes
For a healthier twist, swap the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Adding a hint of spice with Old Bay seasoning or red pepper flakes will enhance the flavor.
