  • 4 tablespoons butter Use unsalted for better control over seasoning.
  • 4 pieces King's Hawaiian Rolls Soft and sweet rolls recommended.
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning Adjust spice level to taste.
  • to taste salt and pepper Season according to preference.
  • optional Lettuce leaves For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped lobster meat and Old Bay seasoning, stirring to combine.
  3. Cook until heated through and the lobster is coated in the buttery goodness.
  4. Slice the King's Hawaiian Rolls and lightly toast them if you prefer a little crunch.
  5. Fill each roll with the lobster mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with lettuce leaves if using.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a twist, consider using shrimp or crab instead of lobster. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
