Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, saffron, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the cooked lobster meat, mixing well.
Cooking
  1. Fill lobster shells with the lobster mixture.
  2. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Place lobster shells on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Serving
  1. Serve with roasted vegetables on the side.
