Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the zucchini into sticks or fries.
  3. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each zucchini stick in the mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
  5. Arrange the zucchini fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Spray lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
  8. Serve warm with a dipping sauce of your choice.

Notes

These fries can be stored in the fridge for about 3-5 days. Reheat them in the air fryer or oven to bring back the crunch. Try various dips such as marinara, ranch, hummus, or salsa to enhance the flavor.
