  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Adjust based on personal preference for creaminess.
  • 1/4 cup Celery, diced For added crunch.
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice Adds a zingy kick.
  • to taste Salt and Pepper For flavor.
  • 4 pieces Hot dog buns To hold the lobster mixture.
  • 2 tbsp Butter For toasting the buns.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Boil the lobsters until they are fully cooked.
  2. Remove the lobster meat from the shells and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the lobster meat with mayonnaise, diced celery, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Toasting and Serving
  1. Toast the hot dog buns in butter until golden brown.
  2. Fill each toasted bun with the lobster mixture.
  3. Serve immediately, garnished with extra lemon if desired.
