Main Ingredients
  • 1 piece ripe mango, peeled and diced Ensure it's ripe for sweetness.
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or canned
  • 1/2 piece cucumber, peeled and chopped You can substitute with spinach or kale if preferred.
  • 1 cup coconut water or almond milk Use your choice of liquid.
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Optional for creaminess.
  • 1 cup ice cubes Optional for a refreshing temperature.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the mango, pineapple, cucumber, coconut water or almond milk, and Greek yogurt if using.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until icy and creamy.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

Store your smoothie in the fridge for up to 24 hours. You can freeze leftovers in ice cube trays for later use. For a vegan version, substitute Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt. Experiment by adding lime juice or mint leaves for a flavor twist.
