- In a blender, combine the mango, pineapple, cucumber, coconut water or almond milk, and Greek yogurt if using.
- Blend until smooth.
- If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until icy and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
Store your smoothie in the fridge for up to 24 hours. You can freeze leftovers in ice cube trays for later use. For a vegan version, substitute Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt. Experiment by adding lime juice or mint leaves for a flavor twist.
