Lobster Filling
  • 1 lb cooked lobster meat (chopped) Use fresh lobster for best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise Can swap for Greek yogurt for a tangy twist.
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives Can substitute with basil or dill.
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
Buns
  • 8 pieces mini brioche rolls or slider buns
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted) For toasting the rolls.
  • Optional: shredded lettuce for layering

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, chives, parsley, celery salt, salt, and pepper.
  2. Chill the mixture for 15 minutes to let those flavors mingle.
Toasting Rolls
  1. Brush the insides of the rolls with melted butter and toast them until golden brown.
  2. If you’re feeling fancy, layer some lettuce in the rolls before spooning in the chilled lobster mixture.

Notes
