  • 1 package pre-made pie crust Use a store-bought version for convenience.
  • 4 large eggs Large eggs work best for this recipe.
  • 1 cup heavy cream or milk Choose according to your preference for richness.
Fillings
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss) Feel free to experiment with different cheese types.
  • 1/2 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, onions) Mix and match veggies as desired.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust seasoning based on your preference.
Toppings (Optional)
  • Cooked bacon, herbs Add as toppings to enhance flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and cut into small circles to fit into a mini muffin tin.
  3. Press the dough into the tin.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, salt, and pepper.
  5. Divide the vegetables and cheese evenly among the crusts.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the fillings, filling each crust about 3/4 full.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the filling is set and the crust is golden.
  2. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

These mini quiches are versatile! Customize your fillings and toppings to suit your taste. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for a month. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
