- In a blender, combine spinach, banana, almond milk, cocoa powder, protein powder, mint extract, and maple syrup or honey if using.
- Blend until smooth.
- If desired, add ice cubes and blend again for a chilled smoothie.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
Serve garnished with cocoa powder or dark chocolate shavings. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Shake before consuming.
