  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional) Can be omitted
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) Adjust to taste
  • as needed Ice cubes (optional) For a cooler smoothie

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the mixed berries, hemp seeds, banana, and almond milk.
  2. If using, add the protein powder and sweetener.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add ice cubes if you prefer a cooler smoothie and blend again.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!

Notes

Store the smoothie in the fridge for up to 24 hours if prepared in advance. It’s best enjoyed fresh. You can also freeze portions in an ice cube tray for future use. It's versatile; you can swap almond milk for coconut milk or add greens for an extra health boost.
