- If using, add the protein powder and sweetener.

Notes
Store the smoothie in the fridge for up to 24 hours if prepared in advance. It’s best enjoyed fresh. You can also freeze portions in an ice cube tray for future use. It's versatile; you can swap almond milk for coconut milk or add greens for an extra health boost.
