Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
Mix Dry Ingredients
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Mix Wet Ingredients
  1. In another bowl, combine the mashed bananas, eggs, honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil (or butter), and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Combine and Add Nuts
  1. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  2. Fold in the chopped nuts.
Bake
  1. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  2. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool
  1. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw and microwave for a few seconds before serving.
