- In a bowl, crush the Oreos into fine crumbs.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully combined.
Assembly
- Take a small amount of Oreo crumbs and press it into the bottom of each cupcake liner.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crust, filling each liner nearly to the top.
- Top with remaining Oreo crumbs or melted chocolate.
Chilling
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
