Main Ingredients
  • 1 package Oreo cookies For the crust
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure it is at room temperature for smooth mixing
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream For a light and fluffy texture
Topping
  • to taste Chocolate or additional crushed Oreos For topping the cheesecake bites

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, crush the Oreos into fine crumbs.
  2. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully combined.
Assembly
  1. Take a small amount of Oreo crumbs and press it into the bottom of each cupcake liner.
  2. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crust, filling each liner nearly to the top.
  3. Top with remaining Oreo crumbs or melted chocolate.
Chilling
  1. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For best results, let the bites chill adequately to meld flavors. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for a month.
