- Add the diced salmon and avocado to the seasoned rice and mix gently.
Baking
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spoon the rice mixture onto nori pieces, shaping them into bites.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and the bites are slightly crispy.
Serving
- Serve warm with soy sauce for dipping and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
These bites taste best freshly baked, but you can store them for about 3 days in the fridge. Reheat them in the oven to restore their crispiness. You can prepare the filling and nori sheets ahead of time for convenience.
