Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment or spray it with cooking oil.
- In a medium bowl, toss all ingredients for the potatoes together and stir well to coat.
- Spread the potatoes on 1/3 of the pan and place in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.
- While the potatoes cook, toss all chicken ingredients in the same bowl until well coated.
- Remove the pan with the potatoes and add the chicken.
- Prepare the green beans by tossing everything together in a bowl, then add them to the pan.
Cooking
- Bake for about 25 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- For extra crispy potatoes, set the oven to broil on high for 4-5 more minutes if desired.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Leftovers keep well in the fridge for 3-4 days. You can also freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven for the best crispiness.
