- In a blender, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, banana, and milk.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If desired, add honey or maple syrup for sweetness and ice cubes for a colder smoothie.

Notes
Use ripe bananas for natural sweetness. If low on peanut butter, try almond butter. Add more oats to thicken or introduce chia seeds for more nutrition.
