Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut the dough into squares or rectangles.
- Place a slice of pepperoni and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese in the center of each piece of dough.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the prepared rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning if desired.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
Serving
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
These rolls can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. If you want to keep them longer, try freezing them for up to 2 months. Just make sure to wrap them tightly!
