  • 1 package pizza dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)
  • to taste Italian seasoning (optional for extra flavor)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut the dough into squares or rectangles.
  4. Place a slice of pepperoni and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese in the center of each piece of dough.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Place the prepared rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning if desired.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

These rolls can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. If you want to keep them longer, try freezing them for up to 2 months. Just make sure to wrap them tightly!
