Preparation
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix warm milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms. Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Assembly
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a rectangle.
- Spread melted butter over the dough.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle it over the buttered dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
- Place in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Baking
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Glazing
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, pureed strawberries, and milk until smooth.
- Drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
