- In a bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, orange blossom water, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and salt. Stir well to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a container or jar with a lid.
- Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to let the oats absorb the liquid and flavors.
- In the morning, give the oats a good stir and top with chopped pistachios just before serving.
Notes
These oats can be stored in the fridge for up to three to five days. They taste great cold, but feel free to microwave briefly if preferred. Variations include using almonds or walnuts, adjusting sweetness, or adding a pinch of cinnamon. For a vegan option, substitute cow’s milk with non-dairy alternatives like coconut milk.
