  • 100 grams Provolone cheese Alternatively, use any cheese you prefer.
  • 100 grams Roasted red peppers Can be homemade or store-bought.
  • 50 grams Olive tapenade Adds a burst of flavor.
Vegetarian Option
  • 100 grams Roasted vegetables or hummus Use as a substitute for meats.

Preparation
  1. Slice the crusty bread in half lengthwise.
  2. Layer the salami, ham, provolone, roasted peppers, and olive tapenade on the bottom half of the bread.
  3. If using vegetarian options, add them on top.
  4. Press down firmly with the top half of the bread.
  5. Wrap the sandwich tightly in plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
  6. Remove the wrap and slice the sandwich into portions before serving.

Notes
