  • 4 oz Prosciutto
  • 4 oz Brie cheese Use creamy brie for best flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Fig jam
  • 1 cup Fresh arugula
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For drizzling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the ciabatta or baguette in half.
  2. Spread a layer of fig jam on the bottom half.
  3. Layer slices of brie cheese over the fig jam.
  4. Add slices of prosciutto on top of the cheese.
  5. Top with fresh arugula.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Close the sandwich and slice into portions.
  8. Serve immediately or wrap for a picnic.

Notes

For best flavor, let the sandwich sit for a few minutes before serving. Consider serving with crunchy potato chips or a fresh salad. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to two days, but consume soon for best texture.
