  • 1 piece banana
  • 1 cup spinach (optional) Can be omitted or adjusted.
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder Adjust based on preference.
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or plain)
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or almond milk) Can swap with any milk alternative.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) Add to taste.
  • as needed Ice cubes (optional) For a colder smoothie.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine pineapple chunks, banana, spinach, turmeric, protein powder, and coconut milk.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. If you desire a colder smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding honey or maple syrup.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

For an enhanced presentation, garnish with a slice of pineapple or a sprinkle of turmeric. Pair with nuts or whole-grain toast.
