  • 1 cup ripe pineapple chunks Use fresh or frozen for convenience.
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder Adds anti-inflammatory benefits.
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavored) Choose your preferred flavor.
  • 1 each banana Ensure it’s ripe for better sweetness.
  • 1 cup coconut water or almond milk Substitute with orange juice for a citrus kick.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Optional, adjust for sweetness.
  • Ice cubes Optional, for a colder drink.

Method
 

Blending
  1. In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, turmeric powder, protein powder, banana, and coconut water (or almond milk).
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. If desired, add honey or maple syrup for sweetness and ice cubes for a colder drink, then blend again until well combined.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

For a creamier texture, blend for an extra minute. Store in the fridge for up to 24 hours, or freeze in ice cube trays for future use. Adjust the liquid for your preferred smoothie thickness.
