- In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, turmeric powder, protein powder, banana, and coconut water (or almond milk).
- Blend until smooth.
- If desired, add honey or maple syrup for sweetness and ice cubes for a colder drink, then blend again until well combined.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
For a creamier texture, blend for an extra minute. Store in the fridge for up to 24 hours, or freeze in ice cube trays for future use. Adjust the liquid for your preferred smoothie thickness.
