  • 1 cup queso cheese dip
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Pour the queso cheese dip and diced tomatoes over the chicken.
  3. Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper on top.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked.
  2. Shred the chicken with two forks directly in the slow cooker and stir to combine with the sauce.
Serving
  1. Serve over rice or in taco shells.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding chopped jalapeños. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze portions for a quick meal.
