  • 2 tablespoons Citrus juice (lime or lemon) Fresh juice is preferred.
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

  • to taste Black pepper
Optional Garnishes
  • 2 tablespoons Chives or scallions (optional) Chop before garnishing.
  • 1 medium Avocado (optional) Sliced.
  • 4 medium Radishes (optional) Sliced.

Preparation
  1. Slice the fresh salmon into thin, delicate pieces and arrange them on a plate.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the citrus juice, soy sauce, and olive oil.
  3. Drizzle the zesty dressing over the salmon slices.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Garnish with chopped chives, sliced avocado, or radishes if desired.
  6. Serve immediately as an appetizer or light meal.

Serve fresh for the best flavor and consider using different citrus juices for variation. Don't freeze leftovers; salmon crudo is best enjoyed immediately.
