Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 200 g linguine Use any pasta of your choice if linguine is unavailable.
  • 2 fillets salmon Fresh or frozen salmon works well.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1-2 tablespoons chili oil Adjust based on your spice preference.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic is recommended for better flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method

Cooking
  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet, cooking until flaky and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the salmon from the skillet and flake it into large pieces.
  5. In the same skillet, add the cooked linguine and chili oil, tossing to combine.
  6. Gently fold in the flaked salmon.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Timing is key: Start the pasta first so everything finishes at the same time. Consider adding fresh herbs for additional flavor, and try incorporating vegetables for extra color and nutrition.
