Ingredients
  

For the Salmon
  • 2 fillets salmon fillets
  • to taste Salt and pepper for seasoning
  • for grilling Olive oil for brushing the salmon
For the Tacos
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
For the Salsa
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 large lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season salmon fillets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through and flaky.
Salsa Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine diced pineapple, avocado, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, and a pinch of salt.
Taco Assembly
  1. Once the salmon is grilled, flake it into large pieces.
  2. Warm tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds per side.
  3. Assemble the tacos by placing salmon and the pineapple avocado salsa on each tortilla.
